The restaurant takes its name from a Japanese word for dandelion, inspired by a film about someone who perfected ramen preparation. This naming choice reflects the passion that goes into each dish served here.
About half of the seating can be reserved ahead of time while the other half operates on a first-come first-served basis. This setup makes visits during busy hours manageable, though walk-ins are also possible.
