Cordeliers, Restaurant and parking complex in 2nd arrondissement, Lyon, France
Cordeliers is a combined facility housing a restaurant serving regional food and a contemporary parking structure in the 2nd arrondissement of Lyon. The parking area is operated separately by Lyon Parc Auto and remains available independently of the dining service.
The restaurant opened in September 2015 under Chef Cedric Garin. He brought experience from his previous work at Victoria Hall to this new project.
The restaurant serves traditional Lyonnaise cooking with seasonal produce, offering dishes like snails with parsley and pike dumplings. These preparations follow the local cooking methods passed down through generations in this region.
The restaurant welcomes guests Tuesday through Saturday from 19:30 to 22:00, while the parking remains open throughout the day. Visitors can use the parking before or after dining without needing to arrange separate access.
The facility integrates dining and parking in a single location, saving visitors time and effort. This combination is uncommon in Lyon and makes dining here more convenient.
