Langosteria, Seafood restaurant in Paris 1er Arrondissement, France.
Langosteria is a seafood restaurant located on the seventh floor of Cheval Blanc Paris Hotel overlooking the Seine River. The kitchen prepares Italian pasta alongside fresh daily catches in a bright space with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The restaurant occupies the former La Samaritaine building, which underwent major renovation between 2010 and 2021. The transformation into Cheval Blanc hotel was a partnership between architect Enrico Buonocoro and businessman Bernard Arnault.
Executive Chef Michele Biassoni creates a menu combining Mediterranean seafood traditions with French culinary techniques, serving an international clientele in Paris.
The restaurant is housed within the hotel at 8 Quai du Louvre and is easy to access from the street level entrance. Evening hours from 6 PM onward provide the most pleasant atmosphere when natural light on the water is at its best.
The wine cellar contains over 900 different selections, complementing dishes such as fried calamari with wasabi mayonnaise and tuna tartare with tomato focaccia.
