Ciao a Tutti
Ciao a Tutti is an Italian pizzeria in Warsaw located at the corner of Dąbrowskiego and Kazimierzowska streets in Mokotów. The small restaurant serves about thirty pizza varieties with thin, crispy crust and soft centers, along with salads, appetizers, and desserts like Tiramisu and Cannoli.
The restaurant was established in 2016 by owners inspired by Italy who wanted to bring authentic Italian traditions to Warsaw. They traveled extensively through Italy learning about local products and cooking techniques, including the traditional 24-hour dough fermentation method from Naples.
The name means "hello to everyone" in Italian and reflects the restaurant's welcoming philosophy. The red and white checkered tablecloths, complimentary breadsticks, and Italian photographs on the walls create the feeling of sitting in a genuine Italian establishment.
The location is easily accessible by public transport or on foot since it is centrally positioned in Mokotów near residential areas. Weekend visits can be crowded, so arriving early or choosing less busy times helps secure a table more easily.
The dough is prepared following a traditional Neapolitan recipe and fermented for 24 hours, which creates the special flavor and characteristic bubbles on the crust. The tomato sauce uses only San Marzano tomatoes with special certification from a specific region in Italy.
