SUSHISAMBA London, Japanese-Brazilian-Peruvian fusion restaurant at Heron Tower, London, England
SUSHISAMBA London sits on floors 38 and 39 of Heron Tower, using glass elevators that carry diners up to an open dining space with floor-to-ceiling windows on all sides. The rooms feature outdoor seating areas that extend the experience beyond the interior space.
The restaurant opened in 2012 on Bishopsgate, bringing together three different cooking styles for the first time in this location. The success of this approach led to the concept expanding to other cities afterward.
The menu blends cooking styles from Japan, Brazil, and Peru, reflecting how people and food moved between these countries over time. You can taste these three traditions in each dish that arrives at your table.
The restaurant is open daily and accessible by direct elevators that take you straight to the dining floors. Choose your seating based on the weather to enjoy the views from either the interior or outdoor areas comfortably.
The outdoor terraces sit among the highest in Europe and offer views across the entire financial district. An unexpected orange tree installation decorates the terrace and catches the eye against the backdrop of the city below.

In London, just look up to discover another city. Above the pavements and the bustle, rooftops have become places to breathe, have a drink, or simply watch the sun set over the Thames. From the City to Shoreditch, from the West End to Camden, each terrace offers something different: some are elegant and intimate, others bohemian, loud, or festive. Glass towers reflect in cocktail glasses, red roofs glow under string lights, and the skyline shifts color throughout the day. These rooftop bars are more than viewpoints—they are parts of London, between sky and music, where the urban energy that never sleeps is felt. People go up for the view, stay for the life that builds there every evening.
