Tennis Club de Strasbourg, Tennis club near European institutions in Strasbourg, France
Tennis Club de Strasbourg is a modern sports facility with 26 courts that include 8 indoor courts, 2 outdoor padel courts, and 4 squash courts. These different playing surfaces are organized within one building, allowing year-round training and play.
The facility was designed by architect Paul Le Quernec in 2016 as part of Strasbourg's effort to enhance local sports opportunities. This project reflects the city's commitment to modern recreational infrastructure.
The club serves as a training ground where instructors work with young players on their skills and where regional competitions take place. You see young athletes here preparing for tournaments and developing their abilities.
The center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM and until 8:30 PM on weekends. Check availability in advance as hours may vary seasonally or due to special events.
The building uses sky domes and colored flooring that transforms how natural light moves through the space, creating different moods in different areas. The beige and orange resin patterns in the floor are part of the design strategy and serve both aesthetic and functional purposes.
