Skyline Rooftop bar, Rooftop bar in Giudecca district, Venice, Italy.
Skyline Rooftop Bar sits on the eighth floor of the Hilton Molino Stucky Hotel, offering views across the lagoon and the city's rooftops. The terrace wraps around the building with modern seating areas that open to views in all directions.
The building housing the bar was originally Molino Stucky, Venice's largest grain mill, operating from 1895 until 1955. Decades after its closure, the mill was transformed into a luxury hotel while preserving much of its original brick architecture.
The bar celebrates Venice's aperitivo tradition by serving regional drinks and crafting cocktails with ingredients sourced from the surrounding lagoon and mainland.
A complimentary water shuttle connects the venue to San Marco Square and Zattere, making it accessible from the main city center. Daytime visits offer clear sightlines across the lagoon, while sunset visits provide different lighting for the cityscape.
This is Venice's highest rooftop bar, offering views from an elevation rarely experienced by visitors to the city. From this vantage point, the alignment of bell towers and domes across the skyline reveals the true spatial layout of the historic center in a way ground-level views cannot.
