Les loups de Chabrières

The animal park spans across the Chabrières forest, featuring multiple wolf packs with over forty wolves living in spacious natural enclosures.

The park opened in the early 2000s to establish a conservation center for European grey wolves, which had diminished in numbers across France.

Through guided tours and educational programs, the park demonstrates the role of wolves in French folklore and their importance in maintaining ecological balance.

Visitors can observe wolf feeding sessions, explore walking trails, and spend approximately three hours discovering the park's twenty-four resident animals.

The park contributed to wildlife documentation through the creation of 'Lobo, loup de Chabrières,' a film capturing wolf behavior across four seasons.
