Espace naturel de Perray-Vaucluse is a protected natural area near Paris with forests, meadows, and wetlands shaped by two rivers. It features walking trails that wind through different habitats, allowing visitors to observe native plants and animals in their environment.

The land was part of a psychiatric hospital until 2016, when access was restricted to the public. Local agreements transformed it into an open natural space available to everyone today.

The park operates as a learning space where visitors discover how wetlands function through signs and hands-on activities organized by local conservation groups. The paths and observation points were created to help people connect with the river ecosystems and their wildlife.

The site is open daily and features clearly marked walking trails you can explore at your own pace. Wear sturdy shoes since paths can become muddy, especially after rain.

A bird observation tower sits in the center of the site, offering views of dozens of species that live in the wetlands. This spot is one of the region's best places to watch water birds and marsh species in their natural setting.
