L'Arche de Julie - Ferme pédagogique

L'Arche de Julie is an educational farm and petting zoo in Vézeronce-Curtin where rescued animals including horses, donkeys, rabbits, and other domestic species live in green spaces. Visitors interact directly with the animals throughout their time at the location.

The farm was founded by Julie Cottaz after she completed training as a veterinary assistant with the goal of creating a sanctuary for rescued animals. She developed it into a place where animals receive proper care and visitors can learn about animal welfare.

Visitors learn directly about animal care and sustainable relationships with the land through hands-on work with the creatures here. The daily interaction with horses, donkeys, and other animals demonstrates how farming works and why these practices matter.

The organization operates on a non-profit basis, meaning all income goes directly toward animal care, facility maintenance, and veterinary services. Each visit you make directly supports the care these animals receive.
