Tropical Parc

Tropical Parc is a 5-hectare park organized into six themed gardens featuring Indonesian, Thai, Mexican, Australian, African, and Jurassic zones. Each section combines carefully landscaped grounds with animal exhibits and plant collections suited to its geographic theme.

The park began as a pioneering facility in Brittany, successfully growing tropical plants and breeding exotic birds in a northern climate. This achievement demonstrated that diverse species could thrive outside their native regions.

The Indonesian section displays traditional Balinese bamboo houses that reflect regional building styles. Thai artisans showcase their craftsmanship through daily demonstrations, offering visitors a window into these cultural practices.

The park is easy to walk through, with marked paths connecting the different themed sections. Comfortable footwear is recommended, and visitors should plan for sun exposure or rain depending on the season.

The Mexican greenhouse section holds giant century-old cacti that reach remarkable heights. Daily feeding sessions feature colorful parrots, creating an interactive experience often missed by passing visitors.
