Skypark Normandie

Skypark Normandie is an adventure park built on the Souleuvre Valley, incorporating the remains of a historic railway viaduct. It offers activities such as bungee jumping, giant swings, and ropes courses that take place at considerable heights.

The original railway bridge was built in the 19th century to connect Vire and Caen, then fell out of service in the 1970s. Today, the adventure park uses the surviving stone pillars from this structure as the foundation for its activities.

The site blends adventure with the valley's heritage, allowing visitors to experience thrill against the backdrop of old stone structures that shaped the region. This creates a distinct way to connect with the landscape and its past.

The park is most accessible on weekends and during summer months when all activities run regularly. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring layers in case of changing weather conditions.

A glass platform with a transparent floor hangs out over the valley, allowing visitors to look straight down at the landscape below. This feature creates an intense sense of height and exposure.
