La Ferme Aventure, Theme park in La Chapelle-aux-Bois, France
La Ferme Aventure spans across 8 hectares of natural terrain, featuring numerous labyrinths and sensory paths through prairies and forests for outdoor exploration.
The park transformed a traditional Vosges farm into France's first barefoot park, establishing new standards for nature-based recreational facilities in the region.
Visitors remove their shoes to experience multiple textures including sand, rocks, algae, moss, mud, herbs, logs, bark, glass, hay, straw, and clay balls.
The park operates from March to November, with admission prices of 11.50 euros for adults and 10 euros for children under one meter tall.
The facility provides unconventional overnight accommodations in treehouses, water cabins, glass pyramids, tipis, and even a converted airplane.
