Dino World is a theme park in Agde featuring life-sized dinosaur replicas arranged throughout natural-looking environments. The site includes interactive displays and educational information panels positioned along walking paths.
The park was created as part of the region's tourism development following the success of similar dinosaur attractions across Europe. It opened to bring a new form of entertainment to the Agde area.
The park presents dinosaurs based on scientific research and shares knowledge about prehistoric creatures that once inhabited this region. Visitors experience what it feels like to explore these ancient animals firsthand.
The park is easily accessed from the A9 motorway exit near Agde and has dedicated parking areas. Shuttle buses connect the park to Agde's town center and train station.
Children receive a junior paleontologist kit upon entry and can join supervised excavation activities at specific dig sites in the park. This hands-on activity turns learning about dinosaurs into a real adventure.
