Kaszubski Park Miniatur, Theme park in Strysza Buda, Poland
Kaszubski Park Miniatur is a theme park in gmina Kartuzy, in the Kashubian Lake District, displaying scale replicas of regional and international buildings at 1:25. The models cover churches, castles, and other notable structures from the Kashubian area alongside a selection of landmarks from around the world.
The park was founded to keep the building traditions of the Kashubian region visible through scale models. The collection grew over time to cover both medieval structures and more recent buildings that shaped the area.
The miniatures show buildings that matter to Kashubian culture, including wooden churches and traditional farmhouses from the region. Looking closely, you can spot how local building styles differ from those found in other parts of Poland.
The park is open year-round, with longer hours from April through September and shorter ones in winter. There is a canteen and a playground on site, which makes it a comfortable stop for families.
The park regularly adds new models to its collection, so the display changes gradually from one visit to the next. Alongside local Kashubian structures, the grounds also feature replicas of international landmarks, which makes for an unexpected mix.
