Praia fluvial de Sangemil

Praia fluvial de Sangemil is a river beach along the Dão River with broad sandy areas and natural tree coverage. The site offers volleyball courts, soccer equipment, a children's playground, changing facilities, restrooms, and parking.

This riverside area was developed as a recreation site in the 1990s after thermal springs in the region had long been recognized for their properties. The modern facilities were built to make both the water and landscape available to the public.
