The attraction opened as part of a nationwide expansion by Crayola to establish interactive entertainment venues, bringing the Pennsylvania-based company's 120-year history of crayon manufacturing to life through educational exhibits and live demonstrations for families visiting Central Florida.

The facility emphasizes creative expression and artistic confidence for children and families, hosting seasonal events, birthday parties, and themed programs like Toddler Tuesday and Sensory Night that encourage hands-on learning and collaborative projects in a supportive environment designed for multiple generations.

Located at 8001 South Orange Blossom Trail inside the Florida Mall, the attraction operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with extended Saturday hours until 8:00 p.m., and general admission costs around 30 dollars per person, with advance online tickets offering modest discounts.

The site displays Bluetiful, a giant crayon weighing approximately 1,350 pounds (around 612 kilograms) and measuring over 15 feet (roughly 4.6 meters) in length, serving as both an educational centerpiece and a popular photo opportunity that highlights the scale and history of Crayola manufacturing.
