The one

The One is a 128-meter-tall residential tower in Landstraße containing 224 apartments distributed across multiple floors. The building offers views toward the city and Danube Canal while integrating into The Marks quarter development.

Construction began in autumn 2019 and reached completion in 2023 as part of a new quarter development in Vienna. The project represents a phase of residential construction in this area of the city.
