The restaurant was set up by Gaelle and Ludo, who chose to build their cooking around the products and recipes of the Nebbiu region. This decision to work closely with local producers and artisans shaped the way the place runs today.
The owners, Gaelle and Ludo, are happy to share their knowledge of local food and wine with guests. Patrimonio wines, made in a nearby growing region, are a natural match for most dishes on the menu.
The restaurant is open mainly at lunchtime, so it is worth arriving with enough time to eat without rushing. The village sits in the hills and is easiest to reach by car.
Some of the charcuterie on the menu comes from artisans in the Nebbiu area, where pigs are raised freely in the maquis and feed on acorns and wild herbs. This way of raising animals gives the meat a flavor that is hard to find outside the region.
