Restauracja Dworska, Restaurant in Kamienica, Poland
Restauracja Dworska is a dining venue and event space in Kamienica, housed in a former post office building from the 1800s. Inside, the main room and separate banquet halls open toward a park, while outside there is a terrace and a covered grilling area.
The building was a post office in the 1800s, before becoming a restaurant that has been part of the Kamienica community for about fifteen years. A renovation begun a few years ago has continued adapting the old structure to current hospitality needs.
The name "Dworska" refers to a manor-house style, and that idea carries into the menu, where dishes like pierogi, żur, tripe soup and grilled oscypek sit alongside steaks, burgers and vegan options. Local gatherings, weddings, baptisms and family celebrations fill the halls with a mix of Polish home cooking and contemporary service.
The dining room and banquet spaces are air-conditioned, with direct access to the surrounding park. If you come in summer, the terrace and the covered grilling shelter make it easy to stay outdoors for a meal or an event.
Despite its traditional name, the kitchen also prepares pizza, burgers, salmon and duck dishes, along with a separate vegan menu. The covered grill shelter is a less obvious part of the property, letting guests eat grilled food outdoors even in changeable weather.
