The institution traces its origins to 1935 when the Hospital Sant Joan Baptista Foundation received the Llopis Legacy, establishing its wine production operations.

The center displays photographs, audiovisual presentations, explanatory texts, barrels, wine presses, and interactive exhibits that showcase the regional wine heritage.

Visitors can access the center on Fridays and Saturdays from 17:00 to 20:00 and Sundays from 11:00 to 14:30, with general admission priced at 5 euros.
