Plage Martil

The white sand beach stretches for 8 kilometers along the Mediterranean coast, bordered by Cabo Negro and mountains creating a natural frame.

Since March 2010, Martil beach has undergone major infrastructure improvements after its administrative attachment to the municipality of M'Diq.

Traditional fishing boats line the southern part of the beach, where local fishermen maintain centuries-old practices of hauling vessels onto the sand.

The beach offers various amenities including umbrellas, sun loungers, restaurants, and opportunities for swimming between May and October when water reaches 25-27°C.

Small wooden rollers assist local fishermen in moving their blue boats across the sand, contrasting with the Mediterranean waters and sky.
