Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn is a large ski resort spanning about 270 kilometers of prepared slopes across four linked areas in Salzburgerland. Around 70 cable cars and lifts connect different elevations and allow skiers to move seamlessly between the zones.
The ski region developed through the connection of several smaller areas and reached its current size after Fieberbrunn joined in 2015. This expansion established it as one of Austria's largest winter sports destinations.
The region calls itself 'Home of Lässig', a local way of life you can experience in around 60 traditional mountain huts scattered across the slopes. These huts serve as gathering places where visitors taste regional specialties and connect with the Alpine culture of Salzburgerland.
The winter season typically runs from late November through April, with most connections between areas operating steadily from December onward. Visitors should bring warm clothing and sun protection since conditions at higher elevations can change quickly.
