Plage du Trez-Hir

The beach development began in the early 20th century when local authorities recognized its potential as a recreational destination for the growing tourism industry.

During summer evenings, the beach transforms into a gathering place where locals and visitors participate in traditional Breton music and dance performances.

The beach offers supervised swimming from July to August, with facilities including showers, restrooms, and equipment rentals at the water sports center.

The eastward orientation of Plage du Trez-Hir provides natural protection from prevailing southwest winds, making it different from other Brittany beaches.
