Plage intercommunale de la base de loisirs du Sougey

The Sougey leisure center beach stretches along Lake Aiguebelette with grassy areas and direct access to clear mountain waters. The facility offers different zones for swimmers and active visitors in an open lakeside setting.

The beach complex developed as part of a regional initiative to transform Lake Aiguebelette into a recreational destination. The project reflected the desire to make the water and its shores accessible to the local community.

The snack bar here serves regional Savoyard specialties, featuring local dairy products and traditional mountain dishes made with ingredients from nearby farms.

From June to August, visitors can rent water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks, and pedal boats with slides for summer fun. The rental period runs from 10:00 to 19:00, giving plenty of time to try different water activities.

An equestrian treasure hunt activity invites visitors to follow marked lakeside paths on horseback while searching for hidden items. This activity combines riding adventure with puzzle-solving and lets guests discover the lake landscape in a memorable way.
