Spiaggia di Cavalieri

Spiaggia di Cavalieri features bright white sand along turquoise waters, bordered by Mediterranean vegetation and granite rock formations at its edges.

The beach has been part of La Maddalena National Park since 1994, established to protect the marine ecosystem and geological formations of the archipelago.

Local fishermen have traditionally used the protected waters near the beach as a safe harbor during strong Mediterranean winds and storms.

Access to the beach requires a boat trip from La Maddalena town, with several tour operators providing regular transportation services during summer months.

The beach creates natural swimming pools due to its position between three islands: Santa Maria, Budelli, and Razzoli, protecting it from ocean currents.
