Spiaggia Grado Pineta

Spiaggia Grado Pineta is a wide sandy beach on the coast of Grado, about three kilometers from the town center. The beach has shallow water and fine light-colored sand, with several beach kiosks, restaurants and clubs like Spiaggia Airone offering loungers, umbrellas, food and drinks.

The name Pineta refers to the nearby pine forest that defines the beach area and provides shade to many visitors. A bike path connects the beach to town, making it easy to reach on foot or by bicycle. Bike rentals are available, and information points provide maps and helpful tips for activities in the area.

A special instrument called the autofono is located on a small pier and helps boaters during foggy winter nights by emitting sound signals to prevent accidents on the coast. Visitors can also paddle by kayak to a long sandy rise called Mula di Muggia, where the water is clear and colored in shades of blue and green.
