Cala d'Oques

Cala d'Oques is a naturist sand beach in a sheltered cove along the Mediterranean, with brown sand and fine gravel spread across its shore. The cove sits nestled between two campgrounds and offers a defined, compact swimming area.

The cove has served as a sheltered anchorage for local fishermen since ancient times, maintaining its natural geography over centuries. Its protected position made it a valuable haven for maritime activity throughout history.

The beach serves a naturist community that coexists peacefully with clothed visitors in shared spaces. Different sections develop their own rhythm based on who frequents them throughout the day.

The beach is small and straightforward to navigate, with showers and restrooms available on-site and parking situated about 200 meters away. The compact size means it can feel crowded during peak summer months, so early visits work best.

The underwater floor is a patchwork of sand, stones, and sea grass that creates distinct zones for different activities and marine watching. This natural composition makes each visit feel varied, since swimmers encounter different surfaces and habitats as they move through the water.
