Agimont Adventure, adventure park with tree climbing activities, Hastière, Belgium
Agimont Adventure is an adventure park set among the trees of the Ardennes forest with 17 different aerial courses ranging from beginner to specialist levels. The routes extend between 6 and 26 feet (2 to 8 meters) high and feature rope bridges, suspended beams, giant swings, Himalayan bridges, and a 100-meter zip line.
The grounds are set within the Château d'Agimont estate, a historic property in the Hastière region. The forest and orchard areas were later transformed into a modern adventure center offering visitors climbing activities and outdoor sports.
The name Agimont comes from the Château d'Agimont that surrounds the site. The grounds are used by locals and visitors as a place to spend time in nature while testing themselves physically.
The site covers 12 hectares and allows visits lasting two to three hours depending on pace and course choice. Reservations are required, especially on weekends and school holidays, while group visits of 10 or more people can be arranged any day of the year.
A course named Harry Potter was specially designed for beginners and is filled with visual elements mimicking scenes from the famous story. This themed route makes learning climbing techniques enjoyable and shows how the park combines adventure with storytelling.
