The facility developed gradually over two decades to become the main adventure destination in the Deux-Sèvres region. Continuous improvements and expansions shaped its growth into a popular recreational spot.

Access to the grounds is generally available from April through October, with safety gear provided on-site. It is wise to arrive in reasonable physical condition and allow sufficient time to experience the different courses.
The grounds feature 21 zip lines, including a 210-meter mega zip line that carries visitors through the forest canopy. This distinctive feature offers a memorable flying sensation rarely experienced during a typical park visit.
