Tirán is a seaside campground on the Galician coast in Moaña with roughly 100 individual pitches arranged across a waterfront site. The facility offers direct beach access from many plots, positioned to take advantage of views over the Ria de Vigo.
The site opened in 1979 as a basic camping facility. Over the following decades, it gradually added more amenities and expanded its services.
The campground maintains connections with local fishing communities, offering visitors opportunities to learn about traditional Galician maritime practices and seafood preparation.
The campground operates seasonally from June through September with hot showers, electrical hookups, and shaded areas throughout. A small shop on-site sells basic supplies for campers.
Certain pitches are positioned to catch both sunrise and sunset views over the water. This orientation lets visitors watch the light and colors change throughout the day on the bay.
