The family-operated dairy started manufacturing cheese in 1910 and has maintained its commitment to traditional methods through three generations of craftsmen.
Graindorge produces four certified Norman cheeses: Livarot, Pont-l'Eveque, Camembert de Normandie, and Neufchatel, using milk from local Norman cattle breeds.
The factory welcomes visitors Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, with Saturday hours from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The establishment includes a boutique offering regional products such as cider, meat pâtés, and milk jam alongside their complete selection of cheeses.
