The building originated in the 1970s as a student housing complex constructed from raw concrete. It underwent major renovation and received modern glass extensions that transformed it into a contemporary hotel in Vienna's cultural quarter.

The circus motif appears throughout the space with original variety-show artifacts and metal dividers that evoke vintage entertainment. This theatrical styling creates a distinctive mood that appeals to visitors seeking lively nightlife experiences in Vienna.
