ADMA, French Mediterranean restaurant in Fontainebleau, France.

ADMA features contemporary French cuisine with Mediterranean influences served in a warm two-level setting, offering a main dining room with open kitchen downstairs and a private upstairs space perfect for group gatherings and family celebrations.

Established in February 2024 by seasoned restaurateurs Quentin Hubert and Enguerrand Lecocq, ADMA quickly became a notable culinary addition to Fontainebleau's historic town center near the famous château.

The restaurant celebrates French conviviality by serving traditional dishes like leek vinaigrette and egg mayonnaise alongside Mediterranean specialties such as panisses and vitello tonnato, creating a homey atmosphere that merges friendship with culinary expertise.

Located at 23 rue de France near Fontainebleau château, ADMA operates Monday and Thursday through Saturday from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM, plus Sunday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with reservations recommended through their Instagram @adma_restaurant.

ADMA translates to 'Love Of My Life' referencing a Southern French expression, and deliberately maintains a concise menu with starters priced between six and thirteen euros to ensure fresh ingredients and manageable service times for optimal quality.
