The deck is easily accessible via the MRT train at Bayfront Station, with parking and bus stops nearby for alternative transportation options. Visit in late afternoon or evening to catch the sunset and city lights, but expect crowds at peak times; arriving earlier in the day offers a more peaceful experience if you prefer fewer people.

The deck mimics the feeling of standing on a ship due to its design inspired by boat decks, reflecting Singapore's identity as a port city.
