The Église paroissiale de Chateauneuf de Randon is a parish church in the village of Châteauneuf-de-Randon, in the Lozère department of France. It features an old apse, a rounded-arch south doorway, and a square bell tower topped with a pointed spire that stands out above the rooftops.
The church was built over several phases, with the nave likely predating the 14th century. The bell tower was raised in 1809 using stones taken from a nearby cemetery.
The church sits along the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela, marked by the shell symbol that guides walkers through the region. Many hikers stop here during their journey before continuing south.
The church is freely accessible and a visit usually takes about half an hour. The entrance is on the south side of the building, easy to find from the village center.
The stained-glass windows inside were made by artist Ménard in 1967, adding color to an otherwise plain stone interior. Near the south chapel entrance, a painting shows the Virgin Mary with the Child and Saint John the Baptist.
