Nové Zámky is a classical château in Nesovice that began as a Baroque structure and was substantially altered in the early twentieth century. The estate originated in the seventeenth century when a Scottish military officer received it as a reward for his service, establishing the original Baroque structure. By the twentieth century, a textile factory owner acquired the property and commissioned architects to remake it into a modern residence.
The estate reflects how different social classes and professions left their mark, from military figures to industrial entrepreneurs who shaped daily life here. Walking through it, you can sense how the building evolved to meet the needs of each era.
