Szlak Aloisa Jiraska

Jiráskova cesta is a marked hiking trail running across the Orlické Mountains with changing landscapes of forests, meadows, and mountain ridges. The path climbs to different elevations throughout its course, with the highest point offering wide views of the surrounding terrain.

The trail was created in 1921 as a tribute to a prominent Czech writer and reuses sections of mountain paths that existed since the 1800s. This combination of older routes with modern marking shows how hiking culture evolved in the region.
