Alfred Stiassny and his family lived in the residence from 1929 until 1938, when they fled to London due to Nazi persecution.
The building combines Ernst Wiesner's modernist exterior design with Franz Wilfert's classical interior elements, including marble fireplaces and decorative stucco.
The National Heritage Institute offers guided tours every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays, with tickets priced at 210 CZK for adults.
The villa served as accommodation for international leaders after World War II, including presidents Sukarno, Nasser, and Castro during state visits.
