Údolí Říčky, Nature reserve in South Moravian Region, Czech Republic
Údolí Říčky is a protected area in the South Moravian Region covering 141 hectares along both sides of the Ricka stream. Natural forest habitats and limestone rock formations shape the character of this valley.
The Pekarna Cave within this reserve has revealed archaeological remains of reindeer hunter settlements from prehistoric times. This evidence shows the area served as a dwelling place for early human communities.
The educational trail shares knowledge about karst geology, local plants and animals through informative panels positioned throughout the reserve. Visitors gain insight into the ecological character of this landscape through these teaching points.

The reserve contains 43 registered caves, notably the Ochoz Cave system stretching across 1,750 meters underground. Active water streams flow through this subterranean world, continuously shaping the limestone landscape.
