Divadlo Husa na provázku is an experimental theatre in Brno that stages contemporary productions. It occupies a historic building on Zelný trh square in the city's central area.

The ensemble formed in 1967 around dramaturge Bořivoj Srba and first performed in March 1968 in the Procházka Hall of the House of Arts, its home for 25 years. In 1969 censorship forced it to drop "husa" from its name after posters were altered to "Husák na provázku". In 1993 it moved to the Zelný trh complex, whose front section is the Baroque House of the Lords of Fanalu.

The theatre's name comes from Jiří Mahen's 1925 book of six experimental librettos, and its preface became the ensemble's artistic starting point. In 1969 censorship forced the word "husa" from the name after posters were altered to read "Husák na provázku"; the company performed as Divadlo na provázku until 1990.

The location is easily walkable from the city centre and sits on a well-known market square. It is best to check performance schedules in advance since shows vary with the season.

In April 1969, after Gustáv Husák took power, censors forced the ensemble to drop "husa" from its name because someone had rewritten the theatre's posters overnight to read "Husák na provázku". The company performed as Divadlo na provázku until 1990.
