The Dietrichstein Palace features ornate Baroque architecture with detailed stonework across its exterior walls and multiple grand ceremonial rooms inside.

Cardinal František Dietrichstein commissioned the construction of this palace between 1613 and 1616, with architect Giovanni Giacomo Tencalla leading the project.

The palace houses the Moravian Museum's exhibitions, displaying over 6 million objects related to regional history, anthropology, and natural sciences.

Visitors can access the museum Wednesday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, with regular admission tickets priced at 220 Czech crowns.

The building stands as the largest Baroque structure in Brno, maintaining its original architectural elements from the 17th and 18th centuries.
