Brno is the second-highest summit of the Radeč ridge in the Křivoklátská vrchovina highlands, rising to 718 m. A tall telecommunications transmitter stands on the top, which is wooded mainly with spruce, with birches and bare scree on the steepest northern slopes. A green-marked trail crosses the summit from the Berounka via Stupno and Sklená Huť.

Brno takes its name from the Moravian city of Brno, given in the 19th century during the National Revival. A Slavic hillfort once stood on the 718 m summit, which later served as a starting point for Central European land surveying. A green hiking trail from the Berounka river leads over the top.
