The Church of Our Lady of the Snow is a Roman Catholic church on Masaryk Square in Rokycany, with a three-aisled basilican layout and a five-sided presbytery. Its late Baroque and Neoclassical form dates from the 1785–1788 rebuilding by Ignác Jan Nepomuk Palliardi, and its 66-metre tower was added in 1821–1823 to František Heger's design.

The church was built in the neoclassical style and later recognized as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic. This protection status, granted in 1958, ensured its preservation as an important heritage site.

The church is the main Roman Catholic sanctuary of Rokycany, a town rather than a village. Its name comes from the Marian devotion of Our Lady of the Snows, and a small statue of the Virgin of Rokycany from this church gave its name to the 32nd chapel of the pilgrimage route from Prague to Stará Boleslav, founded between 1674 and 1690.

The church is generally open to visitors, though specific opening times may vary by season and special occasions. It is wise to check in advance whether guided tours are available or if the church is open during religious services.

The church bells hung in a temporary wooden belfry beside the church for about thirty years, since Palliardi's rebuilding left the tower unbuilt. The tower was added only in 1821–1823 to František Heger's design, and in 1856 it was raised one storey above the gallery, reaching 66 metres.
