Psí kuchyně is a nature reserve east of Janov, spanning the cadastral areas of Janov u Litomyšle, Opatov v Čechách and Semanín. Its bedrock of Cretaceous marls, siltstones and sandstones is covered in places by Tertiary clays and gravels, supporting beech and spruce stands with spring snowflake and arum in the herb layer.

The reserve was re-established by a Pardubice Region regulation effective 1 April 2017, replacing the earlier decree issued by the Svitavy District Office. It is administered by the Agency for Nature Conservation and Landscape Protection of the Czech Republic.

The Agency for Nature Conservation and Landscape Protection of the Czech Republic maintains this reserve as part of the national environmental preservation system.

The reserve lies east of Janov, straddling the Svitavy and Ústí nad Orlicí districts, and is managed by the Agency for Nature Conservation and Landscape Protection of the Czech Republic.
