Pivovar Polička

Pivovar Polička is a traditional brewery operating in a historic building complex, producing various beer styles using Czech brewing methods. The facility works with regional ingredients and has all the necessary equipment for the complete brewing process.

The brewery was founded in 1517 and has brewed continuously for over five centuries, surviving numerous political and economic changes in the region. This long continuity makes it one of the oldest active brewing traditions in Bohemia.
