Přivýšina is a mountain summit in the Czech Republic with panoramic views across the surrounding landscape. Multiple marked trails provide access to the peak from different directions and elevations.

Přivýšina is the highest point of the Prachovská pahorkatina, a ridge of flat-topped hills running west–east. The summit is capped by a rock formation that provides the viewpoint, and the surrounding Prachovské skály are eroded sandstone towers. The area lies within the Český ráj protected landscape.

The summit viewpoint is named after Václav Čtvrtek, the writer who set stories in the Prachov area; the name is used on hiking maps and by walkers on the blue Jičín–Brada–Prachov route. The viewpoint looks south to Veliš, Zebín and Jičín, east to Brada and west to Prachov.

Access is on foot: a blue trail from Jičín via Brada to Prachov, a yellow trail from the Jinolické rybníky ponds in the north or from Holín in the south, and a green triangular trail over the summit linking the two junctions at the foot. By car, park in Brada off the Jičín–Turnov road, about 700 m from the top.

The summit's rock viewpoint is named after Václav Čtvrtek, the writer associated with the Prachov area. The hill reaches 464 m, the highest point of the Prachovská pahorkatina, and stands about 4 km northwest of Jičín. The green triangular trail crosses the top between the blue and yellow junctions.
