The Ringhoffer family tomb is a granite monument with a semicircular wall, a bench, and stairs, all enclosed by wrought-iron gates between two prismatic pillars topped with stone crosses. At its center stands a bronze Christ statue created by sculptor Josef Myslbek that defines the ensemble.

The tomb was built between 1887 and 1892 to a design by architect Jiří Stibral. It stands on the western edge of Kamenice, near the Ringhoffer factories, estates and castles in Kamenice, Velké Popovice and Kostelec u Křížků. It has been protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic since 1958.

A marked educational trail, Krajinou barona Ringhoffera, leads to it from Mirošovice. Since 2021 the grounds belong to the municipality of Kamenice.

The tomb's location is tied to the Ringhoffer family's factories, estates and chateaux, which stood not only in Kamenice but also in nearby Velké Popovice and Kostelec u Křížků. The site has belonged to the municipality of Kamenice since 2021, and its revitalisation is being prepared.
