Storchova vila, Cultural monument in Praha-Zbraslav, Czech Republic

Storchova vila is house no. 630 in Bartoňova Street in Prague-Zbraslav, at the foot of Havlín Hill opposite Zbraslav Castle. Built in 1892–1893 on the site of an older structure, it was rebuilt and enlarged in 1907–1908 for law professor František Storch. The protected complex includes the villa, a garden with underground spaces and terraces, fencing and a wall with a gate.

The villa was built in 1892–1893 on the site of an older structure and rebuilt and enlarged in 1907–1908 for JUDr. František Storch, professor of criminal law, dean of the Faculty of Law in 1891–1892 and rector of the Czech University in 1904–1905. It was declared a cultural monument on 20 August 2014, after a proposal filed on 26 August 2013.

The villa is also called Suchánkova vila after a later owner. A red-marked hiking trail no. 0001 from Zbraslavské náměstí to Radotín climbs Havlín past the house; it formerly ran beneath it. The garden, terraces and underground spaces are protected along with the building.

The house is located on Bartoňova street and currently requires urgent conservation work due to its endangered condition. Visitors should expect possible access limitations and gather local information before visiting.

The red-marked hiking trail No. 0001 from Zbraslavské náměstí over Havlín to Radotín once passed beneath the villa; today the path climbs the hill in front of and above it. The villa was listed as a cultural monument on 20 August 2014, and the heritage record kept the street's old name, Ke Krňovu, instead of today's Bartoňova.
