Monastery of the Saint

Monastery of the Saint is a medieval ruin in Svetce featuring stone walls that rise from a rectangular foundation and display traditional Bohemian architectural elements. The surface of the walls still bears carved details and structural features that give a sense of the complex's former layout.

Construction began in the 13th century and the site became a religious center for surrounding territories. Gradual decline eventually led to abandonment, leaving only the ruins visible today.

The site is accessible from Svetce village via marked trails, with informational panels explaining its history along the way. Visitors should be careful on uneven ground and partially unimproved paths.
